History:

Kitty, a licensed real estate agent in Washington State from 1984 thru 1986, worked in commercial strip center leasing and property management. Kitty, licensed as a real estate agent in California in 1987, joined Gateway Realty in 1989. She is currently Associate Broker at Gateway Realty

Larry joined Kitty as a licensed real estate agent at Gateway Realty in 1997. He is also currently Associate Broker at Gateway Realty.

Duties:

While they both have their individual clients, they back each other up when and where needed and they work together on marketing. While implementing cutting edge technology, Larry’s strengths are the computer systems and web marketing. Kitty’s strengths are print media marketing, financial, and administrative.

Experience and Recognition:

Kitty, recipient of Gateway Realty’s New Horizon Award, and Larry, Gateway Realty’s Rookie of the Year in 1997, have been listing/sale agents and listing/sales team of the month on numerous occasions.
